Skill Development Training

Nawada KVK has been putting its endears towards addressing the rout cause of unemployment in the rural village through its unique model of residential training programs which build confidence in rural youth and enable to start their own enterprises.

There are two types of training programs which are offered by Krishi Vigyan Kendra is On-campus and off campus.

 

On Campus

 

Under the on campus training programme There are two type of training that putting its endeavors towards addressing the root cause of unemployment through residential training programme, which are integrated farming and skill oriented specialized course.

Every effort made to restore their lost self confidence and self esteem through special classes on moral and spiritual values. Trainees are introduces do different trades which they can opts as a special course after completing the course. The risk and benefits involved in each trade are explain to them in details. To build there confidnes sucess stories pertaining to their locality and present that person in front of trainees.

Specialized course are 30 days to 40 days depending on the trade. During the training program apart from the skill development emphasis is also ---- on managerial skill so that they can be self reliant and can be established them own enterprises.

Off Campus Training

Off campus training programme are conducted just before a crop is cultivated and at every critical stage of the crop. This training programme is also a demand driven kind of training.

The Subject and topic of the training depend on need and demand of the local farmer community or SHG, as well as FPO,S. Training on subject like crop production, Horticulture, Crop, Dairy management, Poultry management, Plant protection, Soil collection and SHC, Goatery organic farming, Integrated nutrient Management, Integrat4ed pest management and Income Generation for end visual and group.
